The guiding principle of the architectural specifications required the creation of a fully open workspace for the refurbished offices of the ISS headquarters.
The “Portal” is the most distinctive part of this place and determines the visitor's journey through the different areas.
On the ground floor, you pass through this door which, on the upper level, turns into a wooded area.
The existing glazing at the entrance has been replaced by Photovoltaic cell panels which not only provide electricity, but also temper the rays of the sun illuminating the Atrium in the background
The meeting spaces are grouped around the central atrium.
The entrance and the restaurant are connected to promote a more open organization and to promote work / meeting connections.
Circulations between the different zones come out naturally thanks to a decorative treatment creating totally different atmospheres.
